Bankfield Court, a joint venture between Merseyside Estates Limited, the end purchaser and Developer, Chapelgate Limited, to purchase the land and develop 8no. industrial units with a total GIA of 60,020ft2 at Ferryview Business Park, Riverview Road, Bromborough International Business Park.
A JCT Design & Build Contract was entered into with national contractor, Bowmer & Kirkland to deliver this fast track development. Longmeadow led and co-ordinated the team throughout the design and pre-construction phase and maintained an overview during the construction phase, providing a complete project finance and development role.
The project, which started on site in June 2005 was successfully completed and handed over in December 2005.
