The site, aquired by Longmeadow, was cleared, with all redundant buildings demolished, retaining only the structural frame and floor slab.
The rebuilding project provided 11,000sqft of modern office accomodation on 2 floors with associated warehousing, storage and car parking.
In addition, 133 car parking spaces were provided with barrier controlled access from St Mary's Gate to serve as overspill parking for the Head Office at Partnership Building.
Magenta will relocate their Building Services Department to these new premises.
Site clearance started in October 2013, with handover achieved in December 2014.
