Longmeadow advised WPH on all matters associated with the acquisition of Westminster House from Wirral Council and on assembly of the design team to deliver complete refurbishment of the former Council building.
Originally constructed in 1986, Westminster House was completely stripped out and taken back to the existing structural frame, and the external envelope was completely reconstructed and refurbished. The building now provides 40,000ft2 of modern, fully air-conditioned Grade A office accommodation.
The building design and layout was tailored to the exact requirements of WPH, who now occupy this as their new Head Office premises, set in the heart of Birkenhead.
The project, which started on site in July 2012, was completed in May 2013.
